  • Pumpkin Festival: Now through Oct. 28 – Jackson’s Orchard
    • Pick your own pumpkins, wagon rides, petting zoo, face painting, corn maze, and pony rides
  • Skeleton’s Lair Scream Park: Now through Oct. 31 – 48 Locketts Dream
    • Outdoor haunted house with four attractions: the haunted woods, Gold City Ghostride, 3D skeletal visions, and monster paintball
  • October EventsChaney’s Corn Maze: Now through Oct. 21 – Chaney’s Dairy Barn
    • Cost of admission includes a scoop of Chaney’s homemade ice cream
  • Invasion of the Scarecrows: Now through Oct. 31 – Downtown Scottsville
    • Scarecrows are made by local businesses, organizations, and individuals
  • Scarecrow Trail: Now through Oct. 31 – Lost River Cave
    • See the various scarecrows entered for this contest and vote for your favorite
  • Zombie Walk: Saturday Oct. 27 – Bowling Green Ballpark
    • Hosted by Bowling Green Kiwanis with proceeds benefiting The Eliminate Project; the film “Zombieland” will be shown after the walk
  • Scare on the Square: Wednesday Oct. 31 – Fountain Square Park
    • Trick or treat at the Fountain Square shops; horse and carriage rides will be available
